There are ski trails and waymarked paths to Helgetunsetra, Raudfjellet, and Litj Raudfjellet. This area is well-suited for day trips.

It is also possible to rent bikes for the family from the main parking lot and then continue towards Langvatnet lake or go on trips to Resdalen valley and Resvatnet lake. Families can also rent canoes at Langvatnet lake.

Trollheimstunet next to Langvatnet lake is perfect for families with children and people with reduced mobility, featuring universally accessible paths, a lean-to shelter, and a fishing pier. Fishing permits are available via Inatur.no. Several well-adapted, waymarked trails of varying lengths ensure that both young and old can enjoy great experiences of nature in this miniature version of Trollheimen. Sanitary facilities are also available in the area.

The activity company iTrollheimen offers a larger conference lavvo (Sámi tent) located next to Langvatnet lake, which can be rented for various events.
